Your Questions Answered!

  • Yes! You only pay omgtlc once.

  • Wire/bank transfer. Upon submitting your omgtlc membership application form, our membership team will contact you and guide you through the simple payment process.

  • Upon submitting the membership form, our dedicated membership team will contact you via the contact details you provide to finalise membership.

  • Yes. All the Beauticians omgtlc works with have the required, legal qualifications and licenses such as NVQ’s to preform beauty treatments in the United Kingdom.

  • Yes. Your Personal Beautician will have their own equipment to service your beauty treatments.

    If you have particular requests regarding equipment, any allergies etc please email: info@omgtlc.com.

  • Simply book your treatments via our Booking Portal on our website.

  • You are able to cancel your omgtlc membership at any time, please email us on: info@omgtlc.com for cancellation notices. No refunds are given if cancellations are on your terms.

  • No. Please take your time when choosing which Beautician you would like to request your beauty treatments from, as you are unable to change Beauticians once membership payment has been made.

  • If your Personal Beautician is away on a medical or family emergency, pre booked holiday for 1 week or more, omgtlc will compensate you with a free tlc hamper that will be delivered to your home.

    Your Personal Beautician will never be away for longer than 3 weeks.

  • Our membership means you will be able to book with your selected Personal Beautician up to twice a week.

    The 2 days provided may be subject to change if your Personal Beautician needs to adjust her schedule.

    Time frames for booking your treatments may be subject to change depending on your Personal Beautician - however, you will always have 17 hours + weekly booking time available.

  • Please let us know via email to: info@omgtlc.com if you would like to cancel your booking 24 hours in advance so we can let your Beautician know of the cancellation or else you will be charged a cancellation fee.

    The membership entitles only the individual who is in a membership agreement with omgtlc to beauty treatment services with their selected Personal Beautician.
